Government Decree amending section 13 of the Government Decree on the use of fertilising products andmanure containing phosphorus

Pursuant to section 6 of the Fertilisers Act (711/2022), the Decree lays down provisions on restricting theuse of phosphorus in agriculture, horticulture and green and environmental construction. The Decree wouldallow the application of the livestock manure derogation for cereals, oilseeds and legumes, annual andperennial grasses for silage and silage maize in Annex I to the Phosphorus Decree until the end of 2026.
