hoisting and hauling equipment subject to the technical inspection by the Military Technical Inspectorate

Regulation on the technical conditions for the technical inspection relating to certain hoisting and haulingequipment and types of specialised equipment for the operation and maintenance of which special qualifications are required

The Regulation lays down:

1) technical conditions for technical supervision of:

a) the design;

b) materials and components used in manufacture, repair or upgrading;

c) manufacture;

d) operation;

e) repair and upgrading

– hoisting and hauling equipment subject to the Military Technical Inspectorate.

2) types of specialised hoisting and hauling equipment for the operation and maintenance of which special qualifications are required.
