Pressure equipment subject to technical inspection by the Military Technical Inspectorate

Draft Regulation of the Minister for National Defence on the technical conditions for the technical inspectionrelating to certain pressure equipment and types of specialised equipment for the operation of which special qualifications are required.

The Regulation lays down:

1) the technical conditions for the technical inspection of:
a) the design,
b) materials and components used for manufacture, repair or upgrading
c) manufacture,
d) operation,
e) repair and upgrading
– pressure equipment subject to Military Technical Inspectorate,
2) types of specialised pressure equipment for the operation of which special qualifications are required.
