Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure on the technical conditions of use and the detailed scope andfrequency of inspections of maritime hydrotechnical structures

The draft Regulation defines:

1. technical conditions for the use and maintenance of the technical efficiency of the marine hydrotechnicalstructure;
2. detailed scope and frequency of inspections of marine hydrotechnical structures;
3. requirements for documenting the technical conditions for the use of marine hydrotechnical structureincluding provisions on the general requirements, bathymetric plan, underwater survey diving certificates,bottom examination report, bottom cleanliness certificate.
