The draft Regulation sets out the technical conditions t to be met by maritime hydrotechnical structures andlocation thereof. The draft contains, in particular, provisions on:

1. technical conditions for the design of a marine structure;
2. location of a maritime structure on land and at sea;
3. load on a marine structure;
4. breakwaters;
5. protective structures of sea shores;
6. wharves, edges, and piers;
7. stand-alone fender and mooring equipment;
8. equipment of a marine structure.
