Regulation of Legal Metrological Control of Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment

This Ordinance, in accordance with the guiding Community principles, is intended to adopt regulations toensure compliance of Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment intended for the commercial transaction ofelectrical energy supplied by or received through each charging point, in particular the specific conditions to beobserved in the exercise of legal metrological control of such instruments, and to establish the requirementsapplicable to such control.
