Draft Order declaring certain substances and articles as by-products under Law 7/2022 of 8 April 2022 oncontaminated waste and soil for a circular economy.

This Order, valid throughout Spain, establishes the requirements to declare certain substances and articlesas by-products, in accordance with Law 7/2022 of 8 April 2022. To this end, the Order provides as follows:

1) Requirements for substances and articles to be declared as by-products.
2) Obligations of producers of substances and articles.
3) User obligations.
4) Monitoring by the Autonomous Communities,
5) Potential shipments of the by-product within the European Union.
