Demolition materials and construction waste

Proposal of the Ministry of the Environment for a Decree of the Ministry of the Environment on theDemolition Materials and Construction Waste Report.

The Decree lays down further provisions on the preparation, content and reporting of information in thedemolition materials and construction waste report referred to in section 16 of the Construction Act (751/2023).It has also been decided to introduce into the Construction Act an obligation to report construction waste inaccordance with section 55 of the current Land Use and Building Decree (895/1999). The aim is to standardisethe reporting method by which the amount of demolition materials generated in a construction or demolitionproject should be reported in the future.
