The draft lays down regulatory technical provisions concerning the safe electricity supply of berthed shipsand the safe electric charging, inspection and certification of electric and hybrid ships in accordance with theapplicable EU Regulations, International Maritime Organization (IMO) Directives, European Maritime SafetyAgency (EMSA) Studies and Directives, International and European standards, as well as consultationcomments of bodies and associations of the Greek (Hellenic) Shipping.
