For the production of alcohol, it shall be possible to use, for the purposes of organoleptic assessment of thealcohol and the separation of undesirable fractions of the distillation, an alcohol sampling device which shall bea compulsorily calibrated meter.

The aim of the present draft Decree is to deal with technical obstacles related to the production of alcoholand to take into account the knowledge of the tax administration gained in carrying out tax supervision inpractice.
