Mobile phones compatible with multiple SIM

When an emergency call cannot be made with a SIM, mobile phones compatible with multiple SIM will be obligated to have the function to switch SIMs automatically and try to make another call again. In addition, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications will establish testing methods for mobile phones compatible with multiple SIMs.
