DRAFT ROYAL DECREE AMENDING CERTAIN RULES CONCERNING GAMBLING LICENCES,AUTHORISATIONS AND REGISTERS, THE SYSTEM OF JOINT DEPOSIT LIMITS PER PLAYER AND THEDEVELOPMENT OF SAFER GAMBLING ENVIRONMENTS

The draft aims to establish a new system of deposit limits for participants in online gambling activities atnational level, applicable to all operators with which the participant has opened a user registration andcompatible with the existing one.

Other modifications are aimed at updating certain content, such as updating the amount of the guaranteeslinked to the licences and amending the provision relating to the form of the guarantees.
