On 11 December 2018, the Government of the Republic of Costa Rica notified, in document G/TBT/N/CRI/183, draft Costa Rican Technical Regulation (RTCR) No. 495:2018: Biofuels. Anhydrous fuel ethanol and its mixtures with 91 RON and 95 RON gasoline. Specifications.

The purpose of this Addendum is to inform WTO Members that this regulation has been updated and amended, and is now entitled: "Costa Rican Technical Regulation (RTCR) No. 513:2023: Biofuels. Anhydrous fuel ethanol and its mixtures with premium (95 RON) and regular (91 RON) gasoline. Specifications."

In the light of foregoing, there will be a period of 60 days for the submission of comments and observations as from the date of notification.
