Escape route signs

Decree of the Ministry of the Interior on the indication and lighting of escape routes in buildings

The proposed Decree lays down provisions for which buildings and premises/facilities the escape routesmust be indicated with escape route signs and which indications and lighting systems are appropriate. Thegeneral requirements for products intended for the indication and lighting of escape routes are laid down in theAct on Certain Types of Fire Safety Equipment (191/2024), and the Decree does not lay down the technicalrequirements for the products.
