This Specification lays down special characteristics for mushrooms relating to the method of production andquality of mushrooms. To that end, the Specification establishes the method of production of mushrooms thatmeet a series of special characteristics. The specification applies to the following types of mushrooms: whitechampignon, brown champignon, oyster mushroom, shiitake mushroom, poplar mushroom, king trumpetmushroom.

The special characteristics for mushrooms determine the origin of the main ingredient (mushroom), the qualityof the main ingredient (mushroom), the length of transport and the reception and storage of mushrooms.
