Explosive goods

Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency*s regulations on the handling of explosive goods

The purpose of the regulations is to prevent, minimise and mitigate accidents and harm to life, health, the environment or property that may result from fire or explosion caused by explosive goods. The regulationsshall also prevent unauthorised handling of the goods.

Mutual recognition clause is included in the regulations at each reference to any national standard, i.e. Chapter9, Sections 22, 23 and 26.
