Software solution for electronic storage and electronic transmission of daily fee data

The notified project consists of the provisions of the Director of the Revenue Agency concerning the ‘Definitionof the information to be transmitted and the technical specifications for the implementation, approval and issueof the software solutions referred to in Article 24 of Legislative Decree No 1 of 8 January 2024 for the purposesof electronic storage and electronic transmission of the daily fee data referred to in Article 2 (1) of LegislativeDecree No 127 of 5 August 2015’ and the technical specifications for the implementation, approval andoperating release of Software Solutions.

The technical specifications, consisting of 12 chapters and 19 annexes, define the characteristics of the‘Software Solution’ through which operate electronic storage and electronic transmission of data, identificationof the information to be transmitted and its format and procedures to ensure the authenticity and integrity of thedata stored and transmitted pursuant to Article 2 (1) of Legislative Decree No 127/2015.
