Royal Decree on ultra-light motorised aircraft (ULM)

In application of the Law of 27 June 1937 revising the Law of 16 November 1919 regulating aviation,

national aircraft may circulate freely across the territory of the Kingdom, unless otherwise provided by the Law/Royal Decree. The Royal Decree of 25 May 1999 was previously adopted to lay down the specific conditions imposed for the admission to air traffic of ultra-light motorised aircraft (hereinafter: ULM). This Royal Decree was amended by the Royal Decree of 21 October 2008. The purpose of this draft Royal Decree is to replace and supplement the Royal Decree of 25 May 1999. The latter will be withdrawn upon publication of this draft Royal Decree.
