Requirements for a remote gaming platform, certification of the platform

Draft Law No XIVP-3843(2) amending Law No IX-325 of the Republic of Lithuania on Gaming

“A gaming organiser who organises remote gaming shall be obliged to set up the platform at its ownexpense.” “Every gaming device, remote gaming device and platform shall comply with the requirements laiddown and approved by this Law and the Control Authority.” " Each gaming device and remote gaming deviceand platform shall have a certificate issued by accredited bodies attesting that the gaming devices comply withthe requirements laid down in this Law and by the Control Authority.”
