Proposed establishment of the "Temporary Recognition of Standards and Specifications on Hygiene Products"; (20 page(s), in Korean)

MFDS is proposing to establish an administrative rule, "Temporary Recognition of Standards and Specifications on Hygiene Products" as follows:

A. to prescribe subjects that have not been recognized as hygiene products before;

B. to prescribe the procedure to recognize the subjects as hygiene products;

C. to prescribe forms that applicants are required to fill out and submit; and

D. to prescribe how to prepare the document to be submitted in the Appendix 1.
