Proposal by the Ministry of the Environment for a Government proposal amending the Construction Act andcertain related acts.

The provisions of the Construction Act will be amended to reduce the administrative burden, reducebureaucracy, clarify the right of appeal and specify the responsibilities of the principal contractor. The Act willlay down a guarantee on the processing time for construction permits.
