Cider, perry, beverages based on ciders and/or perries

Decree implementing Article L. 412-2 of the Consumer Code regarding ciders and perries

This draft decree is intended to replace Decree No 53-978 of 30 September 1953 and Decree No 87-599 of29 July 1987 in order to adapt regulations to the diversification of the cider product market. It aims to adaptsome of the existing commercial names and quality indications, define new names and quality indications,remove certain names which are seldom or no longer used and clarify the conditions of use for water in theproduction of cider products.
