This Communiqué is to establish sampling and analysis method criteria for the official control of trace elements and processing contaminants in food. It also establishes the performance criteria with which the method of analysis used for official control has to be complied. Communiqué No: 2017/7, published in the Official Gazette dated 24 February 2017 and numbered 29989, has been repealed by this Communiqué.
