This Gulf standard is concerned with fast -Frozen fried potatoes prepared from the varieties of fresh potatoes grown from the plant (Solanum tuberosum 1) and roots of sweet potatoes (Ipomoea batatas) and intended for direct consumption without additional manufacturing except for the classification of size or re-packaging. Standard not apply to the products that have not been fried or pre -cooked .
