The Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s regulations and general advice on safetyin the event of fire in buildings

The Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning is proposing new regulations and generaladvice on safety in the event of fire in buildings. The rules replace the corresponding rules on safety in theevent of fire laid down in the Board’s building rules (2011:6) – regulations and general advice, BBR, in theBoard’s regulations and general advice (2011:10) on the application of European design standards(Eurocodes), EKS, in the Board’s general advice (2011:27) on performance-based fire safety design inbuildings, BBRAD, and in the Board’s general advice (2013:11) on fire load, BBRBE, which are to be repealed.
