Revision of the Mandatory Standard SI 2252 part 2, dealing with power-operated lifting platforms for persons with impaired mobility. This proposed standard revision adopts the International Standard ISO 9386-2 – First edition: 2000-11-01, with a few changes that appear in the standard's Hebrew section. The major differences between the old version and this new revised draft standard are as follows:

·        Edits the national deviations appear in the standard's Hebrew part;

·        Amend the national normative references that appear in Section 2.

Both the old and the new revised standards will apply from entry into force of this revision for 12 months. During this time, products may be tested according to the old or the new revised standard.
