Motor vehicle theft in Canada has become more prevalent in recent years, as thieves are using more sophisticated methods to steal vehicles. Recognizing that vehicle theft methods and technologies are evolving rapidly, Transport Canada is now looking for feedback on its approach to updating the relevant Canada Motor Vehicle Standards (CMVSS).
