The draft Regulation lays down minimum requirements for infrastructure other than an inspection stand in avehicle inspection centre and a catalogue of the necessary inspection and measurement equipment used toperform technical inspections of an agricultural tractor and a tracked tractor with a maximum design speed notexceeding 40 km/h, and of a trailer intended to be coupled with these vehicles in an infrastructure other thanan inspection stand in a vehicle inspection centre to be owned by an undertaking or a non-undertakingoperating a vehicle inspection centre intending to perform technical inspections of vehicles in an infrastructureother than an inspection stand in a vehicle inspection centre.
