The draft Regulation concerns the introduction of the possibility of conducting technical inspections ofagricultural tractors and crawler tractors with a maximum design speed not exceeding 40 km/h, as well as oftrailers intended to be coupled to these vehicles.

Draft Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure amending the Regulation on the scope and method ofcarrying out technical inspections of vehicles and templates for such inspections.

The proposed provisions specify the scope and method of periodic technical inspection of agriculturaltractors and crawler tractors with a maximum design speed not exceeding 40 km/h, and of trailers intended tobe coupled to such vehicles, on an infrastructure other than a test stand at a vehicle testing centre. In order tomake it possible to carry out technical inspections of vehicles in an infrastructure other than a test stand at avehicle inspection centre, it is appropriate to define the scope and method of carrying out periodic technicalinspections, taking into account simplification of the procedure, while maintaining the quality of this inspection,which ensures that the technical efficiency of these vehicles is adequately verified.
