The notified draft text provides for an amendment to Article 1363 of the Argentine Food Code (CAA) in respect of the list of products that are not allowed to be fortified, and incorporates, into the CAA, Articles 1360, 1361 and 1362 on the inclusion of beverages with added vitamins and/or minerals, powder for the preparation of enhanced beverages and hydroelectrolytic supplements, respectively.
