Regulation on Use of ‘Betiko Esnea’ Guarantee Mark

The Regulation on the use of the ‘Betiko Esnea’ guarantee mark certifying the quality of pasteurised milkfrom cows, ewes (only from animals of the Latxa and Carranzana breeds) and goats from holdings located inmountain areas defined on the basis of the guidelines laid down in Article 32(2) ofRegulation (EC) No 1305/2013, and which has also been processed, packaged and labelled in mountainareas.
