METROLOGICAL CONTROL OF THE STATE OF CERTAIN MEASURING INSTRUMENTS

DRAFT AMENDMENT TO ORDER ICT/155/2020, OF 7 FEBRUARY 2020, REGULATING THEMETROLOGICAL CONTROL OF THE STATE OF CERTAIN MEASURING INSTRUMENTS

This draft amendment to Order ICT155/2020 amends or regulates:

• Administrative aspects relating to the general regulation of metrological control of the State.
• Order ITC/3721/2006, of 22 November 2006, regulating the metrological control of the State at the stage ofplacing on the market and the putting into service of working instruments known as manometers,manovacuometers and vacuometers with elastic receptor elements and direct indications, intended formeasuring pressures, is hereby repealed.
• Aspects relating to metrological control of instruments used in water meters.
• Aspects relating to metrological control of instruments used in gas meters.
• Metrological control aspects of measuring systems intended for the continuous and dynamic measurement ofquantities (volumes or bodies) of liquids other than water, and the metrological control of measuring systems intankers for the supply of cryogenic liquids with a boiling point below -153 °C, for the supply of liquefied carbondioxide and for the supply of LNG liquefied natural gas
• Aspects relating to metrological control of instruments used in taximeters.
• Aspects relating to the metrological control of instruments used in temperature recorders and thermometers.
• Aspects relating to the metrological control of kinemometers.
• Aspects relating to metrological control of pressure gauges intended to measure the tyre pressure of motorvehicles.
• Aspects relating to metrological control of instruments for measuring the sugar content of grape must,concentrated musts and rectified concentrated musts.
• Metrological control aspects of meters incorporated into amusement and gambling machines type ‘B’ and ‘C’.
• Aspects relating to metrological control of systems for counting and controlling the influx of persons inpremises frequented by the public.
• Metrological control of charging stations for electric vehicles is regulated.
• The metrological control of instruments for measuring the number of particles (NP) emitted by vehiclesequipped with compression-ignition engines is regulated.
