This Ministerial Order, in accordance with the Community guiding principles, aims to adopt regulations toensure compliance of compressed gaseous fuel measurement systems used for the refuelling of motorisedvehicles, in particular the specific conditions to be complied with in conducting the legal metrological control ofsuch instruments and to lay down the requirements for such control.
