Draft Regulation Modifying a tractor’s propulsion system, tyres and rims

The existing Regulation on Modifying a tractor’s propulsion system (TRAFICOM/285315/03.04.03.00/2022),which entered into force on 1 September 2023, would be amended by adding a new chapter 9, which laysdown more precise provisions on the technical requirements for the modification of tyres and rims of categoryT1, T2, T3, C1, C2 or C3 vehicles and the demonstration of conformity in a registration or modificationinspection. The notification number of the current Regulation is 2023/142/FIN.
