This draft lays down the models for the administration and supply document (as referred to in Articles 28(2)and 32(2) of the Royal Decree of 21 July 2016 on the conditions of use of medicinal products by veterinarydoctors and animal carers) and the veterinary prescription (as defined in Article 4(33) of Regulation 2019/6).
