Notification of draft Regulations as a whole as they improve the current producer responsibility system for packaging in Northern Ireland. The main focus is the implementation of Article 7(2) (Extended ProducerResponsibility for packaging) of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive 94/62/EC in Northern Irelandwhich is in Part 6 (Disposal costs), the packaging waste recycling targets for 2025 to 2030 which are includedin Schedule 5 (Recycling obligations), the labelling provisions in Part 3 (Recyclability assessments andrecycling information), Chapter 2 (Recycling information)
