The draft Regulation concerns the provision of a remunerated service consisting in the performance ofvehicle technical inspections by undertakings operating vehicle inspection centres.

Draft Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure amending the Regulation on detailed requirements forcentres performing technical inspections of vehicles

The external stand, currently owned by vehicle inspection centres, used to perform sound measurements,shall also be able to be used to perform the technical inspections of an agricultural tractor and a tracked tractorwith a maximum design speed not exceeding 40 km/h, and of a trailer intended to be coupled with thesevehicles in the case of an inspection centre performing technical inspections for vehicles of the maximumpermissible weight of up to 3.5 t.
